The Meezan Bank announced job vacancy for the post of Booth Incharge at Multiple locations.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor daily branch operations for smooth, efficient, and secure currency exchange services.
• Supervise currency exchange transactions in accordance with the prevailing regulations and policy.
• Active coordination with Regional Office/Head Office to ensure smooth business operations.
• Achieve business targets given by the Regional Office/Head Office, including branch targets and goals.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy in currency counting, verification, and auditing.
• Analyze currency demand trends and customer behavior to optimize inventory and currency stock levels.
• Guide and support tellers and other staff, fostering a collaborative and customer-focused environment.
• Handle escalated customer issues and inquiries, resolving them professionally and efficiently.
• Perform regular review to ensure financial integrity and security of the branch.
• Maintain a high level of awareness regarding changes in currency exchange regulations and policies, and ensure branch compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive records of transactions, reports, and branch activities.
• Maintain records of daily, weekly, and monthly operational activities and submit reports to senior management.
• Any other task/ assignment as assigned by line manager.

• *Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Preference will be given to those who have qualification in Islamic Finance.

Qualification:

• Intermediate

Experience:
• Minimum two year working experience in foreign currency dealing branches

Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange rates, global financial markets, and currency regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to maintain the financial security of the branch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
