Description:

Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) has announced job vacancy of Planning Engineer – Maintenance.

The job responsibilities of Planning Engineer – Maintenance at Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) are:
• Prospective candidate should have rich experience of maintenance planning & scheduling of a Refinery / Fertilizer / Petrochemical sector.        
• The candidate must demonstrate the capability to independently plan and schedule corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• This includes meeting operational requirements, minimizing work order backlog, optimizing man-hour utilization, and ensuring timely completion.  
• The candidate should possess proficiency in utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), specifically SAP/Fiori. This includes the ability to segregate, prioritize, plan, schedule, and efficiently close work orders within the SAP/Fiori platform.        
• The candidate should have the capability to prepare/generate daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports from SAP, encompassing information on backlog, costs, spare parts utilization, as well as reports on manpower utilization and efficiency.         
• The candidate must provide insightful analyses and reports from CMMS for decision-making at both operational and strategic levels.           
• The candidate must have experience of Turnaround / Shutdown Planning. The candidate must have basic knowledge related to Contracts Management.         
• The candidate must have basic experience of using Primavera P6 and have good skills in MS office (excel, word, power point & MS Project).        
• The candidate must have basic understanding of rotary and static equipment, instrumentation/automation, Electrical systems, Plant facilities and piping plans etc.        
• The candidate should be familiar with Permit to Work(PTW) system, safety procedures, job safety analysis & emergency response system of a Refinery / Fertilizer / Petrochemical.         
• The candidate should be able to assist his seniors in development of annual budget. The candidate should have good communications (verbal & non-verbal) skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (B.E. / B.Sc.)
• Experience of working in a running Refinery / Petro chemical / Fertilizer industry.
• Must have Maintenance Planning and Scheduling experience.
• Must have experience of SAP/Fiori, Primavera P6, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• In-depth knowledge of Maintenance Planning / Turnaround Planning in a running Refinery / Petro chemical / Fertilizer industry.
 

Experience:
• 3 - 5 years

Age Limit:
• 26 - 35 years
