Description:

Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) has announced job vacancy of Executive Journey Management.

The job responsibilities of Executive Journey Management at Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) are:
• Ensure daily updating of fleet status to fleet operations. 
• Drivers & tanker monitoring on daily basis, including journey management and pertinent HSE management. 
• Report all anomalies pertinent to repair and vehicle maintenance to fleet operation function.
• Keep close liaison with contractor and vendors on daily basis.
• Ensure timely vehicles toll tax billing processing on daily basis.
• Implement driver management and ensure all HSE regulations pertinent to driving time.
• Ensure all tankers are reported timely at location according to given schedule/plan, with compliance to HSE recommendations.
• Implement monthly tool box meeting.
• Lead and ensure that assets are recovered and attended immediately in cases of accidents, by ensuring timely coordination with service providers, contractors and company staff.
• Perform evaluation of routes in relation to mileage and hazard mapping.
 
PARCO Refinery location for the appointment of Executive Journey Management:
• Mid Country Refinery - PPGL
 
Internal Eligibility Criteria for the appointment of Executive Journey Management at PARCO for existing PARCO Employees:
• Must be a permanent employee of Parco (or subsidiary company) for at-least a year.
• Must intimate Line Manager formally through email before application.
• Must have a meet expectations rating or above in previous PMP cycle.
• Can apply for positions at same grade or 1 grade higher than their current grade.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Technology (Mechanical) / Diploma of Associate Engineer (Mechanical) / Diploma of Associate Engineering (Auto and Diesel)
• The candidate must have a B.Tech or Diploma in Mech/Auto engineering.
• Capable of managing fleet drivers of third party and contractors, along with vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance to all regulatory HSE requirements. 
• The ideal incumbent must have strong administration, decision making, technical & management skills.

Experience:
• The ideal incumbent must possess 4 to 12 years of experience of managing the supply chain of MNCs.
