Total Parco Pakistan Ltd has announced job vacancy of Assistant Manager Legal at Lahore.

The job description for the job post of Assistant Manager Legal at Head office of Total Parco at Lahore involves the following:
• Scrutiny of land documents for retail outlets: highlight and cure title defects to prevent. Exposure:
• Evaluation/Stamping. Execution & Registration of leases before Registration Authorities nationwide.
• Reviewing. soliciting legal opinion on legal issues referred/raised to all stakeholders.
• Drafting, vetting and negotiating wide variety of Commercial Contracts inter-alia fuel Supply Agreements . NFR Agreements: License Agreements, Supply Agreements. Media Buying Agreement. NDAs, MOUS, Bank guarantee. Addendums. undertaking: Affidavit and instruments of: multifarious nature having legal implications:
• Cross functional coordination by participating in meetings of non-network or network with development. Sales, HSE and other departments tor improving. overall efficiency of the Legal function.
• Handling, monitoring and maintaining database of entire litigation portfolio of the company while adding value by. strict follow'-up with. external counsels.
• Setting/approving court pleadings for submission before the Courts and handling external lawyers.
• Attending Courts in litigation cases and close follow-up with external lawyers for timely representation.

Representing Company at Governmental Agencies (local, provincial und federal) whether administrative, legislative or regulatory:
• Rendering regular advisory service and support to client dcp8rtments to the queries raised by them with respect to contentious and non-contentious matters of the Company by researching the law on the subject and advising them on mitigation plan of foreseeable legal exposure
• Special assignments - as and when required by management.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Law (LLB) /
• Master of Law (LLM)

Experience required for the post of Assistant Manager Legal at Total Parco is:
• 3 - 7 years
