Description:

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced job vacancy of `Director Procurement`.

NADRA is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for following positions:-

• Location: Islamabad

Qualification:

• 16 years education in Business Administration, Management or Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized University

Max Age:
• 45 years

Mandatory Requirements for the post of Director Procurement at NADRA

• Minimum 15 years’ of relevant experience in a senior procurement management role.
• Ability to undertake large-scale, diversified and technology oriented procurement assignments.
• Well conversant with PPRA Rules and effective application in practice.
• Proven experience of contract drafting, negotiation and vendor management.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with procurement software and technologies.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed, strategic decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) was established as National Database Organization (NDO), an attached department under the Ministry of Interior, Government of Pakistan in 1998. NADRA set out on the journey of Civil Registration of all Pakistanis in March 2000 and in a short span of time NADRA’s team indigenously created a state of the art centralized Data Warehouse, Network Infrastructure and Interactive Data Acquisition Systems to issue secure National Identity Cards (NIC). With the introduction of this new fool-proof, comprehensive and highly sophisticated computerized system; NADRA has been successful in reducing the identity theft to a bare minimum.
