Description:

Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) has announced job vacancy of Station In-charge (P/L - Station & Terminal).

The job responsibilities of Station In-charge (P/L - Station & Terminal) at Pak-Arab Refinery Company (PARCO) are:
• Prospective candidates should have rich experience in Safe, Smooth, and Energy-efficient Pipeline/Plant Operations. 
• The candidate must be able to effectively maintain the Reliability and Integrity of Assets.
• The candidate must demonstrate the capability to ensure the Implementation of SOPs for all Operations.
• The candidate must have experience in Proactive, Preventive, Autonomous, and Corrective Maintenance of Plant equipment.
• Maintenance review and improvement.
• Contractors/Supplier/Service Providers Management.
• The candidate should possess proficiency in the Preparation and Implementation of Emergency Procedures. 
• The candidate must demonstrate critical skills for Risk Identification and Mitigation.
• The candidate must provide insightful analyses and should have the capability to Ensure Business Continuity. 
• The candidate should be familiar with the HSEQ System / Procedures implementation.
• The candidate must have experience in Emergency Preparedness.
• The candidate must have experience in Shutdown Management. 
• The candidate should possess proficiency in utilizing the Performance Management System.
• The candidate should be able to manage the Security affairs of the PS4 Station and Pipeline under his jurisdiction.
• The candidate should maintain good relationships and coordination with LEAs in the district management, and external stakeholders for Security of Assets and essential field activities.

• PS-4, Fazilpur

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, and Electronics Engineering (Professional Engineer recognized by PEC).
• Experience in Operations, Maintenance, Projects, HSE, and Security of Pipelines, Refineries, or Process plants. 
• Multi-disciplinary Teams Management.
• Cross-functional effective coordination/communications. 
• Internal/External Stakeholders Management.

Skills Requirements: 

• Leadership Skills.
• Interpersonal/Communication Skills.
• SAP, Web-based applications, Power applications, Dashboard, MS Office.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience.

Age Limit:

• 35 - 42 years
