Job Summary of Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant at Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC)

We are looking for a strong Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) functional and Technical professional with Oracle CC&B and utilities skills responsible for implementing, integration and operations. Experience in implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing & upgrading experience will be a plus.

Job Responsibilities of Oracle CC&B Functional Consultant at Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGC)

• Systems implementation experience involving configuration, development, integration both technical and functional testing in for products for the Utilities Industry.
• The technical and functional set up with respect to meter and AMI knowledge including Installation/removal/exchange, meter reading, route design and maintenance, Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), business reporting, billing, accounts receivable collections and severance, and related system interfaces.
• Proven API integration experience
• Play role of Support for CC&B implementation & upgrade at SSGC. Support the Lead effort for to-be process design, configure package, develop, and implement phases.
• Leadership skills (prioritization of tasks, schedule management, resource management).
• Understand key implementation & upgrade issues and implement solutions using Oracle CC&B’s functionality.
• Reporting with BI Publisher, Data Modeling and Analytics.
• Business process design & development.
• Able to suggest and validate solution options for the requirements and solution design with business teams.
• Work closely with the technical (back office, development, business reporting team throughout solution i.e. design delivery, testing, deployment and integration).
• Team player and expected to help the project team with any functional/Technical issues that may arise during the course of the operations and project implementation and upgrade.
• Experience of application integration testing, including real-time applications solutions.
• Experience of billing and rates
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

Qualification:

• Minimum 07 years of experience including Oracle CC&B Version 2.x and Project Management with Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
