Description:

Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro has announced a job vacancy for Research Assistant at National Center for Robotics and Automation (NCRA)-CMS Lab at main campus of MUET, Jamshoro.

Applications are invited for the contractual positions as Research Assistants under ICT Endowment Fund for Sustainable Development & NCRA Sustainability

Research Assistant

Qualification:

• The candidate preferably has a Master of Engineering in Mechanical / Energy Efficiency /Mechatronics/ Data Science/ Computer Systems/Software/Transportation/ Electrical and Electronics or related Engineering disciplines
OR
• Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Energy Efficiency / Mechatronics/ Data Science/ Computer Systems/ Software/Transportation/ Electrical and Electronics or related Engineering disciplines, good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Image Processing algorithms is required.

• Candidate must be familiar with OpenCV, TensorFlow/Keras, and On-edge deployment of Machine learning algorithms.
• Preference would be given to candidates who have demonstrated potential for conducting literature review, technical and academic writing.
