Description:

Services of Phlebotomist (Humai & Nok Kundi Based) Balochistan are required at Clinical Laboratory & Blood Bank department of Community Health Directorate (CHD).

The job responsibilities of Phlebotomist (Humai & Nok Kundi Based) Balochistan at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Collect blood and another specimen according to the doctor’s request.
• Maintain all equipment used in Phlebotomy.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of collection data
• Maintenance of stock used in Phlebotomy
• Proper management of sharp disposal
• Collection of blood from Wards on time
• Generate IRS and confirm the collection
• Rejection of samples on certain criteria prescribed in SOPs

PERIODIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (Monthly Quarterly, Biannually, Annual)
• Weekly stock maintenance
• Monthly maintenance of analyzers according to Maintenance Procedures.
• If any error/

Qualification:

• Matric preferably Intermediate (Science)

Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience
