National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Karachi campus has announced job vacancy for Coordinator- PDC.

The Job Responsibilities of Coordinator- PDC at Professional Development Center (PDC), National University of Science and Technology (NUST), Karachi are:
- To act as front desk officer for all the visitors of PDC – Karachi and enter their records in an online visitor sheet.
- To update the visitors on the purpose and activities of PDC.
- To manage meeting schedules for Manager PDC.
- To maintain files and keep them safe in hard and soft copies.
- To coordinate training & and ensure all necessary support.
- To perform any other office tasks assigned by seniors

Terms & Conditions of Coordinator- PDC at NUST Karachi:-
* Candidates must attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional) along with their CVs.
* The last Education Certificate/Degree should be verified/attested by HEC.
* Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons: -
- 3rd Div in academic career.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and absence of NOC from the Head of Institution.
- Medically Unfit.
- In the process of pursuing a degree.

* Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed Forces, etc. may apply through their respective parent departments/organizations.
* Late/incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered/called for an interview/test and no TA/DA will be admissible.
* Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letters.
* NUST reserves the right to cancel, modify/terminate the recruitment program due to any reason, without notice, at any time.

Qualification:

• Graduation with 02- 03 years of experience in a relevant field.

Required Skills/Training Certifications:
- Good interpersonal communication
- Microsoft Office all modules
- Data entry
- Data maintenance
- Letter drafting
- Any training in IT or other relevant programs such as data management
