Total Parco Pakistan Ltd has announced job vacancy of Maintenance Engineer at Lahore.

The job description for the job post of Maintenance Engineer at Head office of Total Parco at Lahore involves the following:
• Tank Log Book Product Test Report properly checked and maintained.
• Maintaining & record keeping of all Acculoads & Rotors; ATGs and sharing updates with Terminal Manager.
• Maintaining valid licenses / certificates pertaining to Weights and Measures; CIE; Local authorities (KPT/LDA / CDA- where applicable etc) Electrical equipment (for industrial sites/ gensets etc); PWD verification for product storage tank calibration sheet
• Carrying out Inspection of installed equipment/machinery and monitoring of deviations for improvement.

Terminal maintenance:
• Maintain all the records and equipment’s along with checklist as per ISO and OSHAS standard for terminal audits & MX updation.
• Monitoring maintenance staff for housekeeping & all the ongoing projects( including costs) of terminal and report to Line Manager along with providing technical support/ inputs to other terminals for process improvements including preventive maintenance plan eg Shikarpur Terminal; Joint Ops terminals etc including PR process; Permit to Work PTW) and Job Safety/ risk Analysis prior execution of work
• Participate in technical evaluation of bids and vendors.
• Drive & finalize in preventive & break-down maintenance agreements for critical equipment such as ATG, HHLA etc
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans and execute them for compliance & record deviations for improvement. Timely execution of break down maintenance jobs and strategy to reduce it by using history record files.
• Controlling and monitoring safe condition of maintenance tools & equipment and timely action for abnormality.
• Handling of emergency situations and unplanned break downs/ repairs and action to manage them patiently.
• Implementation of PPE policy for self, team & contractors with rigor to enforce implementation of approved Company/ depot policies, regulations, procedures and work instructions.
• Prepare annual improvement plan and monitor compliance in monthly reports and way forward for next year while updating details in MX/ Implementation of MWR (maintenance work request) system / Bridging of Terminal Risk Assessment (TRA) gaps including sharing of monthly report for Senior Mgmt review .

Responsible for maintaining IMS Elements:
• Management Orientation & Responsibilities, Control of Operations, Emergency Situations, Maintenance & Inspection & Monitoring, Measurement & Control.

Qualification:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) /
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) /
• Bachelor of Engineering (Manufacturing) /
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) /
• Diploma of Associate Engineer (Mechanical)

Experience:
• 3 - 5 years

Age Limit:
• 24 - 35 years
