Description:

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced job vacancy of `Director (Legal)` at Islamabad.

NADRA is seeking dynamic and experienced professional for follwing position:

• Position: Director (Legal)
• Location: Islamabad

Qualification:

• LLB from HEC recognized University

Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Advocate of High Court.
• Experience in Developing and implementing legal strategies.
• Strong understanding of laws and regulations relevant to NADRA operations.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and privacy laws.
• Experience in handling legal proceedings and representing organizations in various forums and in courts of law.
• Proven experience in litigation, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and legal documents.
• Experience in disciplinary cases under the Employee Efficiency and Discipline Rules 2020.
• Knowledge of legal issues related to digital technologies.
• Working experience with government and regulatory authorities.
