Description:

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced job vacancy of `Assistant Director (Dev Ops Administrator)` at Islamabad.

NADRA is seeking dynamic and experienced professional for following position:

• Position: Assistant Director (Dev Ops Administrator)
• Location: Islamabad

Qualification:

• B.S COMPUTER SCIENCE

Experience Required

• At least 2-3 years fulltime DevOps having experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructures (on-premises vSphere experience is a plus)

Other Requirements

• Hands on experience of scripting language like Python, bash, Ruby etc.
• Possess a strong command of software automation production systems (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, Circle CI)
• Hands on experience writing infrastructure as code with Terraform, chef etc
• Hands on experience of orchestration tools like Ansible, Chef and Puppet
• Understanding and practical experience on release management tools like Git and GitLab
• Ability to write scripts and automation using Python/Java/Bash
• Experience in streaming and real time data platforms like Robbit MQ, Active MQ Apache Kafka etc.
• Hand on experience on containerization services like Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with error monitoring and crash reporting platform like Sentry, Sensu, Elasticsearch, Grafana etc.
• Able to configure and manage data sources like Oracle, Postgres, Mongo, Redis etc.
• Expertise in Software development methodologies scrum and agile
• Strong communication and technical writing skills and ability to present and communicate the architecture in a visual form.
• Experience with securing kubernetes infrastructure using CIS hardening practices.
• Experience with service mesh frameworks for kubernetes (e-g Istio, linkerd etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with high availability infrastructure using blue-green deployments is a plus
