United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Assistant Manager - Voice of Customer at Karachi.
The job responsibilities of Assistant Manager - Voice of Customer at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
• Conduct customer surveys, collect and document customer feedback, ensure that all relevant information is accurately recorded.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and personalized support, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and customers where required to ensure that their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
• Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Support line manager in end-to-end VOC activities.
• Ensure the completion of given task(s) other than BAU given by line manager.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration from any HEC recognized Institute.
• 1-2 years of experience in this capacity.
• Prior experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software and tools.
