Description:

United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Credit Manager at Karachi.

The job responsibilities of Credit Manager at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
• Manage the team of credit analysts and enable them to learn required skills
• Manage, approve and control the portfolio pertaining to Karachi. Must have credit approval authority in his/her current role.
• Analyze credit proposals for approval or review/submit to the next higher level. It includes seasonal financing, commercial/SME credits
• Effectively assess credit risk and client (current and potential) viability including quantitative and qualitative analysis
• Conduct frequent joint visits of existing and potential clients

Qualification:

• BBA/MBA/ACCA or any other relevant degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Minimum 12 years of Commercial/Retail lending credit risk experience. Having relevant business experience is an added plus
• Adequate knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies, export and import
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Must have excellent interpersonal, people management and leadership skills
