National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has announced job vacancy of `Procurement Specialist` at Islamabad.

NADRA is seeking dynamic and experienced professional for following position:

• Position: Procurement Specialist
• Location: Islamabad


National Database and Registration Authority being project implementing unit invites eligible candidates ("Consultants") to indicate their interest in providing the Services as Procurement Specialist in Temporarily Displaced Persons-Emergency Recovery Project. Interested Candidates should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the expected Services. The services of individual consultant will be required / hired to assist project team on all TDP-ERP procurement related matters. The short-listing criteria are:

• The candidate must have 16 years of education, Master Degree holder (Preferably MBA(MSc) or equivalent in Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized institution.

• Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in Procurement Management including 5 years of post-qualification experience as Procurement Specialist in World Bank funded Project / Programme.

• Must have proficiency in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project), Primavera, and any other related software.
• Must have proficiency in STEP and World Bank Procurement Regulations.

• Preference will be given to the candidates having experience in the relevant field. Maximum age of the candidate must be 55 years.

Qualification:

The candidate must have 16 years of education, Master Degree holder (Preferably MBA(MSc) or equivalent in Supply Chain Management from HEC recognized institution.
