Description:

• Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony invites applications from Doctors, Pharmacists & Paramedics working in Federal, Provincial, G.B and AJ&K Health departrnents/ Hospitals (up to BPS18) for provision of Medical related services to the pilgrims in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) during Haj 2024 through National Testing - Pakistan (NTS).
• Selection shall be made on the basis of quota of various provinces and regions.
• Doctors, Pharmacists & Paramedics possessing the requisite qualification, age. experience and domicile of the Provinces and Regions are eligible to apply.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The applicants shall be assessed through NTS written test.
• For Specialist FRCS/ FCPS / FRCP is required.
• Repeaters shall be selected up to maximum 25% of the advertised strength of HMM contingent.
• Departmental No Objection Certificate (NOC) should be obtained well in time and shall be provided by the candidate as communicated on official website of the Ministry www.mora.gov.pk and NTS www.nts.org.pk in due course of time. Failure of doing so will disqualify the candidate.
• Regular Medical Officer/Pharmacist / Paramedics (upto BPS-18) from Federal Government, Provincial Governments, Governments Of AJ&K and GB are eligible.
• Original documents of the shortlisted candidates will be checked at any stage of selection process and in case of any false or wrong information; the selection of the candidate will be cancelled and may entail disciplinary proceedings.
• Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony may increase or decrease number of Medical Mission in line with Hajj Policy/ Saudi Taalimaat. This Ministry can cancel the selection process at any stage without assigning any reason thereof.
• No TA/ DA will be admissible to the candidates during selection process.

Qualification:

• FRCS / FCPS / FRCP
• Should be up to maximum of BPS-18 and not more than 60 years or less than 25 years of age as on 31.05.2024.
• Should have at least 03 years' service/experience in the required field, at his / her credit. (No contract, adhoc or deputation service will be considered).
• Should be medically / Physically fit in all respects, having no chronic disease / disability etc.
• Repeaters, who have performed four (04) or less Hajj duties, are eligible. Those who have performed more than 04 Hajj Duties are not eligible.
