Description:

Services of Lady Health Worker are required at Public Health Initiative department of Indus Hospital, QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore.

The job responsibilities of Lady Health Worker at Indus Hospital, QF, NST & SMP Campus, Jubilee Town, Lahore are:
• Liaise with the Program Manager and Research Associate (RA) to implement the all key components of all programs under PHI.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of health workers.
• Liaise with hospital management as per program needs.
• Liaise with patients at that facility as per program needs.
• Liaise with the Medical Officer/ Consultant regarding patient care.
• Ensure infection control measures are been followed in all PHI programs.
• Submit the monthly vaccination report to EDO(H) office.
• Ensure stationary, print material, Vaccines and drug stock is maintained on weekly basis.
• Ensure all requests for supplies and print material are sent a week in advance.

Qualification:

• Diploma of LHV with valid PNC License

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
