United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Regional Business Head (RBH) at Multiple Cities.

Qualification:

Minimum Qualifications:
• A Master's degree preferably MBA from a recognized university.

Minimum Experience:
• Minimum work experience desired is 07-10 years. Previous work experience in a multinational/large public or private sector organization/ Bank is preferred.

Job Specific Skills:
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Must know, how to engage with team for driving the desired results.
• Must have strong Marketing/ Relationship Management skills.
• Must have a clear understanding & complete knowledge of regulatory procedures, bank's rules/regulations etc.
• Must have strong Decision Making skills.
• Must have clear understanding & complete knowledge of Bank's liability deposit products and have a clear understanding of regulatory procedures, bank's rules/regulations.

Behavioral Skills:
• Strong management and leadership skills required for effective implementation of the regions business and service plans. Good communication and analytical skills along with solid interpersonal skills.
