Description:

United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Head IS GRC at Islamabad.

The job responsibilities of Head IS GRC at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (domestic and international) and relevant industry standards.
• Act as a trusted advisor for the organization in application Security and Security GRC domains.
• Ensure successful execution of organization's information security strategy and action plan.
• Assist CISO in providing regular reports to senior management and the board of directors on the state of information security, including key metrics and emerging threats.
• Lead the collaboration with key stakeholders for day-to-day tasks.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or any other relevant field from any HEC-recognized University
• 7 - 10 years of proven experience in information security management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
• Dependable resource with demonstrated business acumen and a strong commitment to maintaining high self-governance standards.
• Solid understanding of the information security core principles.
• Proven track of handling Security Governance, Risk, Regulatory Compliance, international standards, and Application Security.
• Good presentation and documentation skills.
