Description:

Park View City Islamabad is Pakistan's leading real estate developer having its head office in Islamabad with international footprints in IS-JK, Dubai and KSA. We employee more than 1,000 dedicated professionals.

We are looking for Director Sales & Marketing to spearhead the Sales & Marketing functions based in Islamabad. This is a senior leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the sales and marketing initiatives across Pakistan and Internationally inline with company's overall growth strategy.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders for impactful execution of sales and marketing plans.
• Develop and foster positive relationships with dealers and business partners across Pakistan and Internationally for sustainable business growth.
• Develop impactful marketing and branding campaigns including out of home and digital to improve brand penetration across the industry.
• Develop and manage sales, marketing and promotion annual budgets.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders including Chairman, CEO, Directors and business partners.
• Conduct business review meetings with key stakeholders including Chairman,CEO, Directors and business partners.

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum graduation degree from a renowned university.
• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in real estate industry, should be currently working in a senior management role.
• Extensive experience of developing and managing large dealer networks locally and internationally.

Key Skills:

• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to lead large teams.
• Deep understanding about real estate industry trends & dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in highly competitive environment.
• Self-starter, explore new strategies, and adapt to changing market dynamics.
