Description:

WAPDA requires the services of a qualified and experienced professional as Advisor (Projects) as per following details:

Tenure:
• The appointment will be on contract basis for a period of 01 year extendable on satisfactory performance of the individual and requirement of the Organization.

Pay Package:
• Competitive market based lump sum pay package commensurate with qualification / experience of the individual.

Mandate / Charter of Duties:
• To perform project evaluations, risk assessments, contract compliance and cost / quality investigations.
• To evaluate project progress and advice on performance optimization based on optimal engineering applications.
• To carry out objective and independent reviews of project including revision in scope and variations.
• To provide insight / advice for achieving effective project governance.
• To review projects for potential risks analysis and controls for identifying, reducing and eliminating risks.
• To provide advice on effective contracts management and dispute resolution.
• Any other Duty / Responsibility assigned by the Authority.

• The services on lumpsum pay package shall not be regularized at any stage.

Qualification:

M.Sc. Civil Engineering from HEC recognized University

Experience
Minimum 25 years experience in Water Resources / Hydro Power Sector alongwith specialized experience in contract management.
Preference will be given to Retired Govt. / Semi Govt. Officers (BPS-20) having relevant experience.

Employment Type:
