Mehran University of Engineering & Technology (MUET), Jamshoro has announced a job vacancy for `Teaching Assistant in the Publication Division` at main campus of MUET, Jamshoro.

Mehran University of Engineering and Technology, Jamshoro, invites applications for the contract-based position of Teaching Assistant in the Publication Division. The students from the 2024 batch of the Master of Engineering/Science program, specializing in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Management and resolution of technical issues related to the Mehran University Research Journal of Engineering and Technology website.
• Diligent submission of metadata to various indexing agencies.
• Proactive communication with authors and reviewers.
• Streamlined management of the journal’s review process.
• Completion of additional tasks as assigned by the editorial board.

Qualification:

• Enrollment in the 2024 batch of Master of Engineering in Software Engineering, IT, Data Science, or closely related disciplines.
• Preference will be given to those who have Strong proficiency in Database Management, XML Metadata preparation, and Web Design & Development.
