The Meezan Bank announced job vacancy for the post of `Customer Insights & Engagement Manager` at Head Office of Meezan Bank in Karachi.

Based at our Head Office in Karachi, these roles will focus on enhancing customer journeys within the Premium Banking segment. Successful candidates will play a key role in addressing the evolving banking needs of our premium clientele. Key Responsibilities of Compliance Analyst at Meezan Bank:
• Implementing premium customer engagement initiatives
• Conducting research to glean consumer insights
• Identifying and rectifying process flow gaps
• Minimizing customer complaints
• Enhancing end-to-end Turnaround Times (TAT)
• Facilitating customer focus groups
• Engaging stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial outcomes

Bank branch Locations where the candidate for the post of Compliance Analyst will be appointed:
• Head of Karachi

Qualification:

• Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university/institute
• Qualification in Islamic finance is preferred
