The Meezan Bank announced job vacancy for the post of `Customer Insights & Engagement Manager` at Head Office of Meezan Bank in Karachi.
Meezan Bank is seeking talented individuals to join the Premium Banking domain/segment within the Retail Banking Group. Based at our Head Office in Karachi, these roles will focus on enhancing customer journeys within the Premium Banking segment. Successful candidates will play a key role in addressing the evolving banking needs of our premium clientele. Key Responsibilities of Compliance Analyst at Meezan Bank:
• Implementing premium customer engagement initiatives
• Conducting research to glean consumer insights
• Identifying and rectifying process flow gaps
• Minimizing customer complaints
• Enhancing end-to-end Turnaround Times (TAT)
• Facilitating customer focus groups
• Engaging stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial outcomes
Bank branch Locations where the candidate for the post of Compliance Analyst will be appointed:
• Head of Karachi

Qualification:
• Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university/institute
• Qualification in Islamic finance is preferred
