The Individuals who are team players, energetic, result oriented and willing to work in a challenging environment with a lot of growth opportunities, fulfilling the below-mentioned basic eligibility criteria may apply for the following.

Age:
Maximum 42 Years at the time of applying

Nationality
Pakistani / AJK domicile. AJK State Subjects Shall be given preference.

Knowledge/other Skills / Expertise Preferred
Have good communication skills. Computer literacy is mandatory.

Qualification:

Minimum Graduate or equivalent preferably in relevant field from HEC recognized local or foreign university/ institute OR Local/ International Professional Qualification/ Certification. Preference will be given to candidates having MBA/BBA (Finance) or any other equivalent related degree in finance.

Experience
Minimum six (06) years of working experience in branch Operations in a Scheduled Commercial Bank or Financial Institution. Preference will be given to candidates having minimum two (02) years of Branch Audit experience or four years (04) years experience in the Compliance Division of a Bank or Financial Institution. Profound and proven interpersonal communication skills both verbal and non- verbal, leadership skills, Team Management skills, networking skills, and Monitoring & Evaluation Skills.
