Description:

Services of Senior Manager - Clinical Operations are required at Clinical Operations department of The Indus Hospital, Korangi Campus, Karachi.

The job responsibilities of Senior Manager - Clinical Operations at The Indus Hospital, Korangi Campus, Karachi are:
TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Develop strategic plans for operational activity. Develop and/or review proposals of projects related to Operations, implement and manage operational plans. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output and build capacity. Participate in inter-departmental meetings (under Operations) and facilitate the improvement of inter-departmental communication and collaboration. Facilitate in the development of departmental goals; Establish and implement a system to monitor departmental goals. Prepare, coordinate and execute operational budgets and the budgetary process. Ensure all functions and systems within Operations are developed, replicated and deployed at offsite locations. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / COO

Qualification:

• MBA / Masters in Health Care Management

Experience:
• 12 Years of Relevant Experience in Operations Management in Health Care Setup, Including 6 Years of relevant experience in Managerial Role
