United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Agile Coach & Workforce Planning Lead at Karachi.
The job responsibilities of Agile Coach & Workforce Planning Lead at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
The role is central in keeping a highly engaging and enabled workspace, where cross collaboration between internal, external partners of digital and innovation thrives. The role will ensure the innovation eco-system is fully enabled to allow teams to collaborate and deliver strategic digital roadmaps. The role will hold the overall responsibility for maintaining the Innovation calendar of events/activities/milestones and ensuring alignment and preparation across the wider team.
The role will provide:
Agile Leadership:
• Provide leadership and guidance in the adoption and implementation of Agile principles and practices.
• Foster an Agile mindset and culture within the team and the organization.
Strategic Support:
• Collaborate with the executive to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and problem-solving.
Operational Oversight:
• Manage and oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Backlog Management:
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
• Ensure that user stories and tasks are well-defined and understood by the team.
Metrics and Reporting:
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure team performance and project progress.
• Provide regular reports on team velocity, sprint progress, and other relevant metrics.
Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership to lab/innovation center managers and support their professional development.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment amongst the innovation communities
• Manage the innovation center eco-system, administratively and experientially, support and enable the teams (internal and external) utilizing the workspace to help deliver digital roadmaps.
• Look out for possible collaborations amount banking institutions, other industries and fintech's etc.
• Monitor the team outcomes and dynamics while coaching teams on improving performance and agile maturity is a large part of the role. With Agile Chapter, create and continuously improve org-wide artifacts for an agile way of working (e.g. standards, playbooks) will be important.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant field from any HEC-recognized University
• 7+ years in workspace/user experience management, studio/digital lab workforce and project management
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications will be an additional advantage
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Proven track record of strong Project Management
