Description:

•United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Officer - Central Processing Unit at Karachi.

The job responsibilities of Officer - Central Processing Unit at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
The incumbent will be responsible for the review account opening, CIF amendment, cheque book and dormant activation requests of customers, highlight the discrepancies to the branches / contact center and ensure timely processing of the requests.
• Perform quality and completeness check on the request received as per internal and regulatory requirement.
- Highlight discrepancies to relevant branch via workflow and support branch fraternity in resolution of complex nature of discrepancies.
- Ensure meeting TAT along with accuracy of customer/account information in the system.
- Ensure confidentiality of the customer information and data.
- Complete special tasks and assignment as per needs.
- Staying up-to-date with applicable regulatory and compliance knowledge of banking regulations/law.
- Job performance expectation including working within a team environment, handling multiple priorities, attention to detail and building strong relationships with co-workers.

Qualification:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduation from a recognized institute (Candidates with master’s degree will be preferred)

Minimum Experience:
- Preferably minimum 1 year of professional relevant experience.

Job Specific Skills:
- Must have knowledge of AML and CFT guidelines, regulations and policies followed by SBP.
- Effective communication and analytical skills.
- Good computer skills and MS office.

Behavioral Skills:
- Having ability to work with different teams.
- Adept at time management to complete the allotted tasks within TAT
