We are a Public Listed Company since 1967, being the sole manufacturer of security paper in Pakistan for banknotes, identity documents, financial instruments, educational certificates, and other related security documents. We are recipient of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Top 25 Companies Award for a long period of time. We are an ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001 :2015 (Environment) and OHSAS 18001 (Safety) certified Company. We are looking for experienced and dynamic professionals for the following senior management positions based in Karachi.

CFO is responsible for overseeing the overall financial, accounting and reporting functions of the company and compliance with the regulatory requirements. The CFO will be a part of senior management team and will provide strategic financial leadership, manage financial planning and analysis, and drive financial growth and stability in line with the company goals. He/She should have strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and requirements of regulatory compliances.

General Manager (Commercial) is responsible for overseeing and manage multiple areas related to procurement, suppliers / vendor management, inventory management, stores / warehousing, logistics, tendering, and sales coordination to ensure that production targets are met in line with organizational business objectives and simultaneously make efforts for cost controlling activities. The position will be a part of senior management team and will provide guideline to immediate subordinates in carrying out their day-to-day functions & ensuring strict adherence to prescribed company procedures. He/She should have strong understanding of developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth.

This position will report directly to the CEO as well as interacting with the Board of Directors and its Committees. General Manager (Commercial) is responsible for coordinating activities related to planning, sourcing, purchasing, and storing material in an optimum manner to fulfill all requirements to ensure delivery of our products to the customer without any issues ensuring that no shortage of input material is there at any stage. This position also expects to negotiate with suppliers and contractors for providing raw materials, components, spares, and service required by the company timely and at competitive prices.

Qualification:

MBA/four year graduate preferably with manufacturing background

AGE / Experience:
• Not more than 40 years on the last date of submission of applications. 10-15 years' job-related experience in environment out of which 5 years as senior management position in Supply Chain Department in a reputable company.
