Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), Pakistan's leading public sector utility, serves the people of Karachi metropolitan area, and is responsible for ensuring clean, safe drinking water and sewerage services to the general public. The organization is implementing an ambitious plan of institutional reforms aimed at making it an operationally efficient, service-oriented and financially viable entity. In order to achieve this ambitious turnaround, the Board of KW&SC is seeking the services of dynamic and committed individuals to lead the organization.

The Board is looking for high caliber professionals with a record of successfully leading public or private sector organization(s). The candidates should have a history of significant achievements that contributed to the growth, profitability or reputation of the organization. Prior experience of institutional transformation and change management would be an added advantage.

Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node of KW&SC
Reporting to the CEO, Chief Strategy Officer in PPP Node shall strategically plan PPP projects, employing rigorous analysis of internal and extemal factors, market dynamics, and competitive PPP landscapes. He/she shall Engage with transaction advisors and other PPP entities to conceptualize strategic initiatives and devise Projects for meeting the goals of the Corporation. Moreover, he/she shall also be responsible to monitor and evaluate the implementation of ongoing PPP projects. track progress against key performance indicators, and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments, if necessary, as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, or a related field. (4 years) from a reputable institution/university recognized by HEC. Master's degree may be an added advantage.
• At least 12 years relevant experience, out of which has served as Chief Strategy Officer for 3 years in large enterprise in a public or private organization.
• Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience of ERP systems.
• Maximum age limit 50 years.
