Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation KWSC has announced job vacancy of Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation KWSC at Karachi.

Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), Pakistan's leading public sector utility, serves the people of Karachi metropolitan area, and is responsible for ensuring clean, safe drinking water and sewerage services to the general public. The organization is implementing an ambitious plan of institutional reforms aimed at making it an operationally efficient, service-oriented and financially viable entity. In order to achieve this ambitious turnaround, the Board of KW&SC is seeking the services of dynamic and committed individuals to lead the organization.

The Board is looking for high caliber professionals with a record of successfully leading public or private sector organization(s). The candidates should have a history of significant achievements that contributed to the growth, profitability or reputation of the organization. Prior experience of institutional transformation and change management would be an added advantage.

Chief Security Officer
Reporting to the CEO, Chief Security Officer shall develop and implement a holistic security strategy encompassing physical security and risk management of the premises of the Corporation. He/she shall also be responsible for creating and implementing security protocols, rules, and processes to protect KW&SC's resources and reduce risks. Additionally, he/she shall act as the primary point of contact for security of high- level delegations and government officiates as per the Act, Rules and Regulations of the utility.

Qualification:

• Bachelors in Security Management, Homeland Security, Science & Arts of Warfare or a related field, from reputable institution/university recognized by HEC.
• At least 12 years of experience in any public or private sector entity with at least 3 years' experience as Chief Security Officer in large sized organization.
• Extensive knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including physical security, cybersecurity, and risk management.
• Strong analytical abilities, including the capacity to evaluate intricate security risks and create workable mitigation plans.
• Maximum age limit 50 years
