CAREER OPPORTUNITY FOR CHIEF EXECUTIVE

About NCGCL
NCGCL is a Non-Bank Finance Company (NBFC) incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and will acquire Investment finance Services license for offering credit The entity is being established with a grant funded by the United Kingdome Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office FCDO.

The organization will focus on extending credit guarantees to cover credit risk associated with lending to SMEs in Pakistan.

About the Role
NCGCL is seeking a dynamic individual who will play a foundational role in setting up NCGCL as an institution of national significance and international visibility.

Eligibility Criteria
• Postgraduate degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in Risk Management or Actuarial Science will have an added advantage.
• Proven leadership experience of at least 10 years, as a CEO or in a senior executive role within the financial sector, with a focus on SME finance and impact investing.
• Strong background in investment management, risk modeling credit guarantee programs, and/or credit risk management.

Qualification:

Masters in Finance, Business Administration or a Related Field.
