Description:

Sindh Irrigation & Drainage Authority SIDA has announced job vacancy of Sindh Irrigation & Drainage Authority SIDA at Karachi.

The Sindh Irrigation & Drainage Authority (SIDA) is a Body Corporate established on August I I. 1997. SIDA Act was subsequently replaced with Sindh Water Management Ordinance of 2002. The Authority has been principally established to operate, rehabilitate and maintain the Irrigation system, catty out river flood protection in the province 01 Sindh and advise the Government on any strategic or tactical matter relating to water management system. The registered office of the Authority is situated at Left Bank Barrage Colony Hyderabad.

The services of eligible. motivated and dynamic professional candidates are required for staff of SIDA Secretariat Hyderabad to be appointed from market on temporary basis that fulfill the prescribed requirements / eligibility as under:

• The above positions will be tilled initially far I year and may be eMended turther on satisfactory performance.
• The salary package tor post will be competitive & negotiable
• The age limit is up to 55 years for tm above position at the closing date.
• Should be computer literate and well versed with advance computer applications.
• Proficiency in English and good communication skills and report writing Is essential.
• Having knowledge of procurement prcx%dure ot government as well as donor tunded projects and experience of working with Donor funded projects.
• At least second division Degree in all education careers.
• Other terms and conditions will be mentioned in the otter letter and Service Contracts.
• No TA/DA will be given for test ; interview or joining.
• Candidates already working in Government depanrnents or Project employees should send their CVs through proper channel with NOC.
• Only short-listed candidates will be called tor test i interview.
• Only Candidates domiciled in Sindh Province will be eligible.
