• Work closely with the team of material and budget control to ensure strict adherence to budgets, identifying areas for optimization without compromising project quality, resulting in cost savings and efficient resource utilization.
• Develop and implement resource allocation strategies in coordination with the teams, optimizing the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment, contributing to enhanced project execution.
• Provide strategic oversight in the planning process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, developing a cohesive and goal-oriented planning approach.
• Provide detail-oriented inputs decision-making processes between the planning team and other departments, ensuring a synchronized approach to project execution, resulting in cohesive and integrated project plans.
• Ensure robust monitoring mechanisms to track the performance of planning initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency, leading to continuous improvement in planning processes.
• Collaborate with team of Chief Engineers to forecast resource requirements, ensuring timely procurement and allocation for upcoming projects, facilitating proactive resource planning.
• Maintain open lines of communication and coordination between planning and execution teams, ensuring seamless information flow, promoting effective collaboration and project coordination.
• Work collaboratively with Chief Engineers to integrate quality assurance measures into the planning process, upholding international standards, ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
• Conduct regular reviews of budgets, providing recommendations for optimization and cost-saving measures, contributing to efficient financial management.
• Implement performance evaluation mechanisms for the planning team, recognizing achievements and identifying areas for improvement, contributing to the professional development of the team.
