Communication Officer - Global FBO Partnership

Lahore, Pakistan

We are seeking a diligent, dedicated, and dynamic individual to join our Lahore, Pakistan office as a Communication Officer - Global FBO Partnership for our aviation stop planning (ASP) web business. Our ASP business aggregates fuel prices and Fixed-Based Operators (FBOs) handling fees into a web-based platform, optimizing routes and fuel stops for long-distance private aircraft flights globally. This role involves coordinating with FBOs and fuel providers worldwide to gather details of their services and prices. Ideal candidates should be hands-on, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with FBOs globally via emails and calls to demonstrate our product's scope and explain its benefits for their business goals.
• Lead marketing and sales efforts by communicating with FBOs and fuel providers across 20,000 airports worldwide.
• Maintain updated records of FBOs and Fuel Providers globally.
• Onboard signed-up FBOs.
• Identify market trends and customer requirements for our product.
• Develop short, medium, and long-term plans to onboard FBOs.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, management, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer and IT skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
