Senior Research Analyst IT

Job Responsibilities
• Review and ensure quality of the system design of all the equipment and software’s which are developed.
• Assist in draft and finalize TORs for engagement of the IT firm carrying out the development of BMIS, PMIS and HMIS systems.
• Technically administrate all the android and software development, maintenance, deployment activities of the Program.
• Ensure the development of protocols for the dashboards and other data sharing dashboard for stakeholders and android applications.
• Produces detailed timeline for each component’s release and implements effective Program control by monitoring the progress of the Management information systems and reporting the status to Program director.
• Determine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the systems development.
• Determine the objectives and measures upon which the Program will be evaluated at its completion.
• Preparation of training and capacity building modules for HMIS, PMIS and BMIS for PHATA Employees.

Job Description

Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or higher degree in Computer Sciences, IT, GIS, MIS, Software Engineering, and relevant disciplines from an HEC recognized and reputable university. Master’s degree or higher from a foreign reputable university will be preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the relevant industry including development and management of Management Information Systems
