Senior Specialist Infrastructure

Job Responsibilities
• Provide knowledge support including presentation of regional best practices.
• Provide technical support for the Affordable Housing Program.
• Contribute to the identification of major factors influencing the strategy development as well development of new schemes, focusing on transportation links, quality of urban infrastructure, and the quality of the urban environment.
• Assess the current and expected demand for urban infrastructure and services in proposed schemes in Punjab and make broad estimates of financing requirements.
• Contribute to the fine tuning of location and infrastructure investment criteria and procedures for PAHP housing schemes, based on implementation experience.

Qualification:

• BSc in Civil Engineering from reputable and HEC recognized university.
• OR
• Master’s or higher degree in Urban Infrastructure Planning and Designing, Civil Engineering, or related field, preferably from a foreign reputable university. Higher degree will be preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Urban Infrastructure projects, designing and managing municipal infrastructure projects.
