The job responsibilities of Supervisor at Multan Institute of Kidney Diseases, Multan are:
SUPERVISOR DIALYSIS POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGIES, POLICIES TO MEET ALL REGULATORY HEALTH, AND COMPLIANCE GUIDELINES AND SUPERVISE ALL STAFF PREPARING DIALYSIS MACHINE, CONNECTING DIALYSIS MACHINE TO THE PATIENT, REPROCESSING DIALYZER MAINTAINING EQUIPMENT, REVERSE OSMOSIS UNIT, VASCULAR ACCESS MONITORING AND DIRECT PATIENT QUALITY CARE
• This position work under the supervision of Head of Department
• Maintains an excellent record of attendance/punctuality. Plans and communicates absences in advance Keep commitments, meets deadline
• Prepare and maintaining department duty roster
• To coordinates with different department of the hospital regarding solution of several issues i.e. HMIS related issues or Etc.
• Maintaining inventory and taking part active role in department audit
• Inspecting the working environment of department and keep the environment very disciplined
• Manage and initiate new and difficult angioaccess cases (AV Fistula)
• Assist doctors for angioaccess procedure i.e DL catheter insertion
• Monitoring other dialysis set up i.e. PIB dialysis unit
• Rigorously ensures that task deliverables meet quantity and quality standards.
• Makes sound decisions, bases decisions on fact rather than emotion; analyzes problems skillfully; uses logic to reach solutions.
Command over computer literacy.

Qualification:

• Bachelors (Renal Dialysis Technology)/Certification Dialysis Technician

Experience:
• 3+ years Experience
