Description:

Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Supervisor - Clinical Laboratories (Balochistan Based) at Reko Diq - Nok Kundi (Balochistan) department.

The job responsibilities of Supervisor - Clinical Laboratories (Balochistan Based) at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Perform and supervise both routine and specialized tests.
• Assure all kinds of quality control checks on daily basis.
• Monitoring departments inventory and stock
• Inform all abnormal result to related doctors/staff/assist manager / manager
• Proper storage of abnormal results
• If any error / problem occur in any analyzer , communication with suppliers biomedical department and engineers
• Issuance of reports
• Rejection of tests if required
• Rejection of samples on certain criteria prescribed in SOPs
• Repetition of test if required
• Analyze laboratory findings.
• Check the accuracy of results
• Calibrate and operate all instruments in the hematology Lab
• Responsible for audits.
PERIODIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (Monthly Quarterly, Biannually, Annual)• Maintenance of stock of kits, consumables etc.
• Maintenance of Data
• Monthly maintenance of analyzers according to Maintenance Procedures.
• Weekly maintenance log
• Weekly / Monthly Indent

Qualification:

• BS MLT/DMLS Preferably MSC MLT

Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience
