The job responsibilities of Assistant Manager at The Indus Hospital, Korangi Campus, Karachi are:
Indus Hospital & Health Network Korangi Campus is looking for an Assistant Manager – Medical Directorate.
A strong background in patient-related data analysis and will be responsible for managing and analyzing patient data, creating and maintaining hospital dashboards, and providing insights to support informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze patient-related data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Create and maintain hospital dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement data analysis tools and techniques to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and reports
- Utilize Python programming language for data analysis and visualization
Requirements:
- MBA / MSc. Data Science / MSc. Statistics degree from a reputable institution
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Proven experience working with patient-related data
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization techniques
- Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling and reporting
- Python programming language skills
- Experience with hospital dashboards and KPI tracking
- Strong communication and presentation skills

Qualification:

• MBA / MSc. Data Science / MSc. Statistics degree

Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a hospital or healthcare
