Description:

Job Purpose:
Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition assists in the recruitment and onboarding of qualified and high potential candidates for Engro Fertilizers to meet the company's business objectives.

The incumbent will also be responsible for:
•            Employer branding, including campus marketing, recruitment drives
•            Sourcing using LinkedIn and/or other sources
•            Creating Talent Pipelines for existing roles
•            Onboarding of new joiners

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process for both, manufacturing and non-manufacturing roles.
i.            Assisting HMs with raising requisitions on SuccessFactors
ii.           Advertising Roles
iii.          Shortlisting Candidates
iv.          Aligning Interviews
v.           Designing Offers
vi.          Negotiation with Candidates
vii.         Facilitating Medical

- Assist in employer branding activities, including campus marketing and recruitment drives
- Closely coordinate with Managers to forecast future hiring needs; develop talent pipelines and talent catalogues

- Lead the onboarding and orientation process for EFERT
- Ensure headcount and data management for approved positions
- Oversee the hiring of contractuals, including new hiring and contract renewals; and internships
- Manage data efficiently
- Track hiring progress and maintain dashboards

Qualification:

Bachelors Degre and at least 3 years of experience in HR
