United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Manager Agencies Coordination at Multiple Cities.

The job responsibilities of Manager Agencies Coordination at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
• Provide guidance and on the job training for junior colleagues and conduct knowledge sharing sessions
• Assist the Head to the compilation of the Management Information / Monthly Activity Report and review the information prior to submission to HFCC / GECO
• Assist the Head in reviewing, analyzing and responding to queries raised by Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Support the Head in managing and monitoring all compliance activities pertaining to LEA.
• Receive queries from Law Enforcement Agencies and analyze the nature inquiry prior to escalating the concern i.e. to Operations Heads / Customer Services Managers / Business / Branch
• Communicate timeline to the business unit for replying to the query and follow-up accordingly
• Review draft response which is to be submitted to Unit Head / Divisional Heads.
• Meet timeline / target date assigned by the LEAs in coordination and support of the respective departments, branches.
• Maintaining the records for such requests and their responses
• Visit the LEA offices along with the Head if required for critical cases to elaborate the Bank's point of view and develop a healthy relationship.

Qualification:

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute / university Master's degree or professional qualification shall be given preference.

Minimum Experience:
• 04-06 years of relevant experience

Job Specific Skills:
Financial Crime and compliance knowledge Well understanding of laws and regulations relating to banking, compliance Proficiency in office management tools (PC Skills, MS Office) Team Management

Skills Locations:
- Hyderabad / Sukkur
- Islamabad / Peshawar
- Multan / Bahawalpur


Experience:
• 4- 5 Year
