Indus University of Health Sciences (IUHS), Karachi has announced job vacancy of Junior Examination Officer at Health Professional Education department.

The job responsibilities of Junior Examination Officer at Indus University of Health Sciences (IUHS), Karachi are:
The Junior Examination officer is responsible for all administration and supportive procedure to ensure the smooth delivery of departmental activities on a daily and long term basis.
• Prepare and issue all Schedules Notice on CMS/Notice Boards
• Coordinate and Confirm the availability with Examiners
• Prepare Exam Envelops for example (attendance sheet, response sheets, answer sheets etc.) and OSPE,OSCE, SVE (Score sheet, stationery, and other exam logistics).
• Conduct exam duty such as Written, SPE, OSCE, Structure Viva, Kodachrome as per roster.
• Arrange inventory, Transport, complains, bill, and maintenance.
• Draft Tabulation sheets, Viva Score Sheet, OSCE Sheets and attendance sheet.
• Coordinate with faculties for Table of Specifications and Identify the deficiencies of questions in Questions bank
• Conduct Paper Review session/ copy checking sessions by the respective faculty
• Ensure timely printing of Question Papers and Preparations of OSCEs & SPEs timely
• Maintain confidentiality of all processes of Q/Bank Training to faculty in QBS (extremely important)
• Supervise the management /arrangement of exam venue and provide direction to all invigilators.
• Organize departmental documents into updated filling system.
• Organize meeting, produce agenda and taking minutes. Prepare reports, presentation, and spread sheet with statistical data as assigned.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Administration, Management)

Experience:
• 01-02 experience in an administrative or examination-related role is preferred
