Research Assistantunder HEC Funded Research Project# 20-16460/NRPU/R&D/HEC/2021Applications are invited for the following position in a research project titled “Pesticides removal by point of use nanofiltration membrane and their rapid detection in water using liquid chromatography mass spectrometry” funded by Higher Education Commission, Islamabad under National Research Program for Universities (NRPU)at US-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W), Mehran UET, Jamshoro.
INSTRUCTIONS

Qualification:
• The candidate should have a Master’s degree in (Environmental Engineering, Water, Sanitation & Health Sciences, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering). Prior experience of working on analytical instruments (HPLC, IC, GC, LC) will be preferred.
• Must know sample preparation, data analysis, report writing, research paper writing.
• At least one year of working commitment at USPCAS-W will be required.
• Extension will be given based on performance.

U.S.-Pakistan Center for Advanced Studies in Water (USPCAS-W), has been established at Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) Jamshoro, with the financial support of United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Pakistan under the Cooperative Agreement signed with USAID on Dec.12, 2014 for five years.
