Description:

Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Pharmacy Assistant - Gurmani at Pharmacy department.

The job responsibilities of Pharmacy Assistant - Gurmani at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Under the supervision of Store Officer to check goods before receiving from suppliers and store in proper place on specified temperature.
• Arrange and monitor the bulk stock according to the FEFO/ FIFO method.
• Prepare Goods receiving note (GRN) through the system to update the store inventory.
• To fill requisitions of all department accurately according to the goods issue protocols.
• Recheck, pack and labeled, the dispensed goods before handover to concern department.
• Keep record of all goods receiving and issuance documents for store records.
• Keep the Pharmacy Store clean and maintain its light, temperature by coordinate with housekeeping and Maintenance department.
• Complete checking, tally the physical stock of all daily issued and received goods under the supervision of Store officer maintain and control the store inventory.
• Check and maintain records of all fast moving, slow moving, and short expiry items.
• Maintain and monitor daily room and fridge temperature on prescribed temperature record sheet.

Qualification:

• Matriculation / Intermediate with Dispenser Diploma Certificate

Experience:
• At least 1 year prior work experience required.
