Description:
Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Communication Coordinator (Islamabad Based) at Reko Diq - Nok Kundi (Balochistan) department.
The job responsibilities of Communication Coordinator (Islamabad Based) at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Ensure implementation of communication guidelines and polices.
• Develop content for templates/documents, power-point presentations, press releases, advertisements etc.
• Collaborate with all stake holders to ensure development and dissemination of messages, and that the highest standards for external communications are maintained.
• Monitor and oversee all communications related activities at the district & community level.
• Design, implement and monitor effectiveness of communication strategies.
• Maintain close coordination with other departments to ensure that publications and information communication material is printed in time.
• Maintain close liaison with district staff to ensure communication messages are effectively disseminated.
• In the line with the approved WP and targets develop quarterly and monthly plans and share with program manager.
• Provide regular feedback to program manager on communication activities.
• Ensure that monthly reports are prepared and collected from district teams and submitted timely to Program Manager.
• To provide data/report in orderly manner for quarterly progress update.
• Carry out any other program related task assigned by the supervisor

Qualification:
• Masters in Social Science. Preferably Communication studies/Mass Communication.
Experience:
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant work experience
