Description:

The Indus Hospital, Sheikh Saeed Memorial Campus, Korangi, Karachi has announced job vacancy of Electrician at Maintenance & Engineering department.

The job responsibilities of Electrician at The Indus Hospital, Sheikh Saeed Memorial Campus, Korangi, Karachi are:
​• Maintain daily logs and reports including requirement recommendations.
• Coordinate with management regarding any complaints received, or requests related to electrical material.
• Execute all electrical maintenance tasks including the repair/ replacement of electrical circuits, appliances, systems, facilities and related electrical controls and devices.
• Ensure all lighting systems, fans, search lights and signboards are in working order daily.
• Ensure both compressors in the oxygen room are properly drained.
• Regularly check overhead tanks A and B.
• Prepare new electrical points as required by the clients.
• Ensure appropriate electrical load on DBs and circuit wires related to breakers.
• Regularly check and test the earth pit.
• Coordinate and collaborate with the Head of Department.
Perform all tasks assigned by the supervisor / Head of Department.

Qualification:

• Wireman License Electrician Diploma preferred.

Experience:
• At least 1 year of prior work experience required.
