Description:

Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Grants & Compliance Manager - Islamabad Based at Reko Diq Project - CHD department.

The job responsibilities of Grants & Compliance Manager - Islamabad Based at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Oversee the entire grant lifecycle, from proposal development to grant closeout.
• Develop grant proposals in collaboration with program and finance teams under the guidance of Director Grants and Project Director.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to donors and stakeholders.
• Monitor programmatic and financial performance of grants to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with donor regulations, organizational policies, and local laws.
• Develop and maintain compliance checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct regular compliance reviews and audits.
• Train staff on compliance standards and donor regulations to ensure reporting in compliance with the agreement.
• Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage grant budgets.
• Monitor grant expenditure and ensure adherence to financial policies.
• Address and resolve any financial discrepancies in grant implementation.
• Proactively monitor budget and required reappropriation as per the new initiatives or change in activities
• Identify potential risks related to grants and compliance.
• Develop risk mitigation plans in coordination with relevant teams.
• Regularly review and update risk management strategies.
• Prepare periodic grant performance and compliance reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all grants.

Qualification:

• Masters degree in finance, accounting, management, or a related field

Experience:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in grants management and compliance
