Community Health Directorate (CHD) has announced job vacancy of Procurement & Operational Manager - Islamabad Based at Reko Diq Project - CHD department.

The job responsibilities of Procurement & Operational Manager - Islamabad Based at Community Health Directorate (CHD) are:
• Identify and source reliable suppliers and vendors to meet operational requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure cost-effective and high-quality products/services.
• Monitor vendor performance, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions.
• Maintain updated records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory standards, and ethical practices.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and pricing dynamics.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization’s goals in coordination with the Head of Operations.
• Oversee and streamline day-to-day operational processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational demands.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure efficient supply chain management.
• Develop and manage procurement and operational budgets.
• Track expenditures and ensure alignment with financial constraints.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality or service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Address vendor-related disputes and ensure satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil procurement needs.

Qualification:

• Masters degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related field.

Experience:
• Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement and operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity
