United Bank Limited (UBL) has announced job vacancy of Senior Officer Trade Operations at Karachi.
The job responsibilities of Senior Officer Trade Operations at United Bank Limited (UBL) are:
Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for day to day scrutiny of documents and processing for the assigned team with the primary purpose of meeting agreed service standards and maximizing productivity of team and ensure total compliance of laid down procedures in Standard Operative Procedure/Local and International regulations for trade services to avoid exceptions.
• Familiarize with International and local banking practices, and be well versed with SOP & Prudential regulations.
• To ensure timely and accurately processing of all transactions
• Identify errors and omissions occurring in routine processes and proactively mitigate the same
• Ensure appropriate and adequate documentation is available before processing
• System related queries/problems are properly and timely handled and highlighted for resolution.
• Minimize customer complaints while meeting service standards
• Keeping abreast with knowledge on changes occurring in local banking laws & practices.
• To be in sync with Branches and Business with regards to pursuing common objective of accurate and timely processing of customer request within the approved procedural frame work.
• To ensure proper follow ups are in place.
• Ensure proper recovery of quarterly mark up.
Qualification:
• Minimum Bachelors from HEC recognized university Minimum experience 2-3 years of experience required in Trade Operations Services

• 2 - 3 Year
